Soo, here is MY AMA. I'm reposting part of my first indroductory post to answer sme questions right off the bat, so there arent TOO many question.

So. Meet me!

My name is Peter Negru. yes I get a lot of stick for having that last name.

I was born in romainia in 1995, this leaves me at 19 right now. turning 19 in about a month. Came to canada when i was 2. lived in Vancouver for a year, then NWT/Nunavut (it changed while i was there) then ontario. as of right now, I live in Richmond Hill, just north of toronto. I'm currently attending Lakehead university (in thunder bay) for a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. (first year)

ok, now for the juicy stuff that all of you are wait for:

WHAT DO YOU DRIIIVEEE?!?!?!?

uhhhh. technically? nothing.

I do have my dads 2010 Audi A3 TDI to drive when i get home (the one in the back ground)

as for the 2 bikes. the one on the left is his. 2012 BMWf800r. I dont like it. too much touring bike for me

the one on the right is muh baby. 2009 suzuki SV650s. with some work done to it.

my mom drives a 2009 lexus IS250 AWD, which has Akita AK77's on it for the summer (guess whos idea that was?)

I also get to drive this thing around when I need a car.

oddly enough I DO have my own car. a 2000 Saab 93. was my dads, but he handed it down to me when he got the audi. (google photo, dont have one of it right now)

mine looks EXACTLY like that, but i have the 10-spoke wheels on it.

I cant drive the saab. We have no room to store it, and insurance for me is prohibitively expensive. Thank you canada.

So the Saab sits in a field at a family friends place. as it has been for the past 6 years (jeez has it really been that long?).

as all opponauts, I do have a dream garage.
track bike :triumph 675r
odd ball bike: turbo charged Buell
Daily bike: either my current SV or a honda VFR 80o,
dual sport bike: honda CRF250
cruiser: yamaha V-max
exotic/rare car : an Aston martin, OR a Morgan aeromax OR a Singer 911 OR a Lexus LFA),
DD : torn between a tdi like dads, a saab 93 TURBO X or a volvo V70/S60r. or the new volvo wagon

plus what ever my future wife would have (current gf might be it... going to try and get her on a bike XD)

I also game a bit, not as much on 360 anymore as its more on the computer.

Long time. I'm 20 now, left wehn I was 2 and half....I did visit every summer up until i was about 15, then i started to stay in canada and do my own thing.

I'm starting to learn. The SV650 doesnt like longer wheelies, as the oil pickup it at the front of the oil pan, and when the bike is nose up, well..u get the idea.
the longest i've gone was about 30m (100 feet) when I spun the tire off a launch and it hooked up 1/2 through first. defintaly an interesting moment.

lol yeah it's been good but a bit difficult because of the new immigration process implemented this year. She is still NOT in the US with me but just a couple (expensive) things left and hopefully she'll be here before F1 at COTA or Xmas time. I do have some HUUUGE news tomorrow (OPPO sticker in hand and ready) will post here on OPPO aka my only social media. You have become a familiar person here on OPPO as well buddy and hope you have a good rest of the day.

Romania, as pretty as it is, is chock full of corruption and pverty. its kinda of a 2nd world country. not quite 1st world, but not 3rd world either. My parents didnt want to raise me in that.


Why Canada: We actually applied to Canada, US, Britain, Australia and South Africa. Canada was simply the first to respond.
